2 C Chopped Clams, drained
1 C Milk
1 Egg
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt

Directions:

Mix all ing. together and drop (a heaping T.) into a deep fryer. Drain off oil on paper towels, salt and server.

I have to credit Geneva Goodwin for this one. They are so good, you can't make them fast enough. Don't remember how many servings, but it makes a lot.
