3/4 C. green onions, minced
3 T. salad oil
2 C. chicken broth
1 C. uncooked rice
1/2 C. green pepper, minced
1/4 C. parsley, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green onions in salad oil until soft, but not brown (use tops too). Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 350º for about 30 minutes, until rice is tender and dry. Toss lightly.
