2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 cube margarine
1 Tbsp. salt
yeast
10 lbs. flour
6 qt.. water
2 yeast
1/2 pkg. cardamom
1/2 pkg. citron (green)
1/2 pkg. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Fill 2 qt. pan with powdered milk and dissolve with 1 qt. hot water then take 2 qts. more water (warm water)
add 3 yeasts (mix with flour) then add 1 1/2 tea cardamom, 1/2 pkg citron (green) then 1/2 pkg. raisins. mix altogether with flour. Let raise three hours. Punch down every hour or so. Set over to 350º and bake bread for 1/2 hour then turn oven down to 325º and bake another 1/2 hour longer. You can turn over down to 300º if you don't want the bread so brown on top. Pat water on top of loafs after done cooking. Also pat down edges of pan with water to keep it soft.
