1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch over brown roast in oil and onion. Add 1/2 c. water. Bake covered at 325º for 2 1/2-3 hours or until meat is tender. Meanwhile combine flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in center. Beat egg and milk. Pour into well. Stir to form a stiff dough. Cut 1/8 inch strips cover and refrigerate. Remove roast- keep warm add broth and remaining water. Bring to boil. Add noodles and cook 8-10 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
