Saltine Crackers
2 cans of asparagus, drain and save juice
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a small casserole, layer asparagus then crackers. Sprinkle small amount of pepper on each layer of asparagus ending with crackers on top.
Beat eggs slightly, mix with juice, pour over casserole (should cover crackers). Spread mushroom soup on top. Cook at 350º for 10 minutes or until firm in middle.
