6 c. Beef Broth
28 oz canned tomatoes
10 oz condensed tomato soup
Another 6 c water ( I use 1/2 water and 1/2 broth)
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
Chopped carrot, potato, onion, and celery.

Cooked Roast Beef chopped up ( or hamburger)

Heat first amount of water and then add rest of the ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
