Ingredients:
1/2 lb. lump crabmeat
1/2 cup white sauce with curry seasoning
4 inch crepes

Directions:
Mix crab with white sauce.
Place 1 tbsp mixture on crepe and roll,
tucking in ends "burrito style".

Place in chaffing dish and cover lightly with more sauce.

Heat 10 minutes in a 350 oven.

Personal Notes:
The Red Knight was a San Francisco restaurant that was a frequent favorite of Nana and Papas.
