1 large onion
1 green pepper
2 T. butter or margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 C. rice, uncooked
1 C. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion and pepper in butter until brown. Remove from skillet. Put ground meat into skillet and cook until meat is browned. Add onion and pepper. Stir rice, tomatoes, salt, chili powder and pepper into meat.

Bake 350º in greased, uncovered baking dish for 1 hour.
