1/4 cup Drambuie (or Honey)
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 slices Swiss cheese
3 T butter
2 (8 oz) packages sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Hot cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In small saucepan, combine Drambuie and wine over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to simmer; cook for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle ham evenly in bottom of prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt & pepper; place over ham. Pour Drambuie mixture over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes.

Place cheese slices evenly over chicken.

In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender. Stir in soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes longer. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
