1/2 C. butter
5 T. sugar
1/2 C. boiling water
1 egg, well-beaten
1 cake yeast or 1 pkg yeast
1/2 C. cold water
Dash salt
3 C. enriched all-purpose flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add boiling water and let cool. Add egg. Dissolve yeast in cold water; add salt with flour. Mix, cover and refrigerate overnight or longer. Divide dough into two balls. Roll into circle 1/2 " thick X 12". Cut each into 12 wedges. Roll up, beginning at rounded edge. Place on pan with point underneath. Let rise in warm place for 3 hours.

Bake 400º for 8-10 minutes or lightly browned.
