1 litre cream
10 egg yolks
3/4 cup melted butter or marg
7 - 9 cups of flour

Melt butter and cool somewhat
Beat cream and egg yolks, beat in melted butter. Add 7 cups of flour and mix well. Add more flour until just not too sticky. Be careful as too much flour will make for dry tough lefsa. Remember, you also need flour to roll your lefsa out with. Again be carefull not to use too much. Roll out on floured surface as thin as you are comfortable with handling. Bake on grill, about med high heat and just until lightly browned.
