1 cup butter
1 slightly beaten egg
3 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 outside orange peel, grated
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, egg, cream, vanilla and grated orange peel with a little of the juice and pulp from the orange. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt then add to the butter mixture. Roll on floured surface. Cut out cookies. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400º for 5 to 8 minutes.
