1 Small can of tomoato sauce
1 can of Chicken Broth
3 tsp. Olive oil
2 Garlic Cloves
1 large onion
2 large tomatoes
1 Bundle of fresh cilantro
1 tsp.Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
3 Chicken Breast Cubed or thighs and legs (your preference)

Dice tomatoes, onions, garlic and cilantro.
On medium heat in medium/large pan, sauté tomatoes, onion and garlic in olive oil until tomatoes are almost purée. Once this step is completed you will then add the chicken and brown on high heat. Once this is done add your cilantro, tomato sauce, chicken broth, salt and pepper (or seasoning of your liking) you may need to add a little water depending on much chicken you are preparing. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes and stir occasionally. This dish should have water like consistency.

Serve over bed of white rice.
