1 c. California butter
1 c. Sugar (from California Sugar Beet)
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 California Farm Fresh Eggs
1 c. Oatmeal
1 c. Coconut
2 c. Chocolate Chips
2 c. Flour (From California Grown Wheat)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 c. California Walnuts (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together: sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together: flour, salt, soda and baking powder and add to the creamed mixture. Add coconut, oatmeal, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
