1 gallon apple cider
3 1/2 gallons 100% apple juice
3 cups sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
1 5th Everclear grain alcohol

Directions:
You will need a large pot, like a lobster pot. Boil the apple cider and apple juice together. Bring to a rolling boil.

Add the three cups sugar and six cinnamon sticks to the boiling apple cider and apple juice.

IMPORTANT: Let cool to room temperature. If you don't cool before the next step, the drink won't taste right.

Then add the Everclear grain alcohol.

It takes a while to cool down I suggest if making this during the winter months to put it outside in a snowbank. That seems to work pretty fast.
