2 tbsp butter
1/2 c onions chopped
3 c broccoli chopped
3 c cauliflower chopped
4 carrots peeled and cut into thin strips
5 oz can water chestnuts
3/4 c water
-TOPPING-
2 c whipping cream (whipped)
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter and steam vegetables in water. Add drained water chestnuts and put in buttered casserole . Prepare the topping by mixing mayo and cheeses and add to whipped cream. Spread over vegetables in baking dish. Coot at 350º for 45 minutes.
