Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
2-4 serving size boxes of Jello Margarita flavor gelatin (or you can substitute lime gelatin)
1/2 cup tequila
grated lime zest and juice from 1 lime
2 cup thawed frozen whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling water into the 2 boxes of gelatin with a wire whisk in a large bowl for at least 2 minutes!--make sure it is completely dissolved. Stir in tequila and 2 Tbsp of the lime juice. Add whipped topping and 1 tsp of lime zest peel; stir until whipped topping is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Pour into 8" square pan.

Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until firm. Cut into 36 pieces to serve. A thin spiral of lime peel, and a dash of kosher salt make them very "party" ready!

For a NON ALCOHOLIC version, substitute cold water, lemon lime soda, or ginger ale for the tequila.
