1 lb ground turkey
1 large green pepper diced
1 med yellow onion diced
2-4 cloves garlic chopped
1 T olive oil
1/2 bottle Sam Adams Boston Lager
1 T Mexine chili powder
2 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoe w/ green chili's
2 can Ranch Style Beans (Bush's Chili Beans) will do if you cannot find Ranch Style Beans in your stores.
1 can tomato paste
1/2 package frozen corn
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning
1 T ground cumin
3-5 dash Tobasco (Habanero)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a seasoned pan. Add garlic first for one minute then add onion and pepper. Saute until onions are translucent. Add ground turkey until browned. If more moisture is needed add a little beer for moisture. Once the ground turkey is browned, add beer and Mexine. Reduce. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. Alter seasoning to prefered taste.
