3 - 4 strips of bacon
1 cup chopped onion
7 - 8 potatoes
2 Tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins on. Cut bacon in small pieces and fry. Remove bacon and saute onions in the fat. Stir in flour and salt. Add sugar, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil. Add bacon pieces and pour over cooked potatoes. Make ahead and reheat for the best flavor.
