1 - 3 ounce package lemon jello
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced celery
3 Tbsp diced onion

Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Mix mayo, cold water, vinegar and salt. Chill until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Add vegetables and pour into mold and chill.
