1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 3/4 cups flour
Optional - 1/2 tsp orange rind grated

Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon , nutmeg and sugar.
