1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
11/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar; add sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture, blending well. Shape into ball and put in fridge to chill. Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Avoid rolling too thin to keep cookie soft. Bake at 375º for 8-10 min. Cool and frost!
