3 cloves garlic
8 large leaves of fresh basil (can use more if you like) or 2
teaspoons of dried basil
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup walnuts
fresh basil for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Put all of the above in the food processor except for the walnuts.
Blend until smooth. Last, add the walnuts and pulse a few times until they are chopped well. Serve with wheat crackers or toasted French rounds. This will keep in the refrigerator for a week to ten days. Enjoy!
