72 oz can of Diced, Crushed, or Whole Tomatoes
1 head of Cabbage
1 large Onion chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 Can Whole Cut Green Beans undrained
1-3 Garlic Cloves minced
1 tsp Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pan adding beans with their liquid. Heat till vegetables are tender adding as much pepper as you like. Mom would keep a big pot of this on the stove dipping into it to ward off hunger without adding calories.

I like to use Italian Seasoned Tomatoes and add some calories by adding black olives.
