Personal Notes:
These cupcakes are always good it doesn't matter what day or hour.I remembered when i was little and my mom would help me make these cupcakes. She would slowly read the directions to me as i added the ingredients. I loved waiting and looking through the little window as I watched the cupcakes rise, the smell was a sensation that I couldn't even describe. As we waited for them to cool we took out the frosting a mixed in the vibrant food colors, blues ,greens, purples, and pinks,I always loved the fact that they looked like a swirl of colors on a painted canvas. As we put the creamy frosting on, I would always sneak a little bit of frosting for myself, my mom would do the same, and last but not least we added the sprinkles. As I finished preparing the dessert I bit into the rich and moist cupcake and I remembered all the smiles that were on all of my friends faces as they tasted my little piece of heaven.
