1-1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg beaten
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp mustard
1 can of crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and beaten egg. Mix vinegar, cornstarch and mustard, and add to first mixture.
Add pineapple and cook 3 min in microwave.
Stir and cook until thickened about 10 min.
