2 pkgs soft cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley powdered dressing
1/2-3/4 cup beer
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese with the beer, then add dressing and then the cheese. Place in a small bowl then as a topping, you can sprinkle it with chopped green onion and with some more grated cheese. Serve this with pretzels and crackers.
