3 cups of rice
6 cups of water
1/8 cup of vegetable oil
4-5 eggs
16oz of cooked shrimp
12oz of Mixed vegetables
1/2 cup of soy sauce
Sriracha hot chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 cups of rice into the rice-cooker and 6 cups of water. Make sure to put 1/8 cup of vegetable oil into the rice-cooker as well so that the rice is not sticky. Scramble 4-5 eggs and make sure the eggs are scrambled into small pieces and mix it into the rice, once its done cooking. Defrost the shrimp if necessary. Put the cooked shrimp into the microwave for about 1-3 minutes or fry the shrimp on a frying pan until they are crispy. Mix the shrimp into the rice. Defrost the mixed vegetables if necessary. Microwave the vegetables for about 1-3 minutes or fry them also, until they become steamed. Mix the vegetables into the rice. Add 1/2 cup of soy sauce into the rice and mix well so that the rice becomes a light brown color. Depending on how much you like spicy food at the sriracha hot chili sauce and mix well.
