1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
3 eggs
3 cups flour
4 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat well by hand. Add flour and baking powder that has been mixed together one cup at a time. Chill 30 minutes before rolling, roll on floured surface, place dough in pie pan and trim as for pie. Great used as turnover with fig preserves, peaches, pears etc.
