2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, diced
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and put in buttered 9x13" baking dish. Combine 2 cups crushed potato chips & 1/2 stick melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
