Ingredients:  
2 C boiling water
2/3 C wild rice (washed)
1 C Campbell chicken and rice soup
3/4 C water
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ea. celery salt, onion salt, garlic salt, paprika and pepper
1/2 small bay leaf crushed
3 T chopped onion
3 T oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine boiling water and wild rice.
Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
Drain.
To drained rice, add soup, water and seasonings.

Saute onion in oil, add hamburger and brown.
Mix into rice.

Pour into casserole.
Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake one hour at 325º.
