Lemon Juice
Certo

Directions:
Directions:
For each 5 Cups of Juice use 7 Cups of sugar, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 pkg of liquid certo or 1 pkg of certo crystals.

If liquid certo is used: bring the sugar and juice to a boil, add the certo and bring to boil and boil for 1 minute. Skim and fill jars and seal.

If crystals are used: Mix crystals with juice and bring to boil. Add sugar and return to the boil for 1 minute. Stir for 5 minutes and fill jars and seal.
