Ingredients:
Ingredients:
bread crumbs (pieces)
bacon drippings or margarine/butter
1/2 medium onion chopped
giblets (chopped)
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning or parsley
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Break-up pieces of bread and put in a large bowl. Fill to 3/4 full. Heat bacon drippings about 1/2 cup in a frying pan. Saute onions and gibbet's in bacon dripping. Put poultry seasoning or parsley and salt and pepper to taste on the broken bread crumbs. Pour bacon drippings, onions, giblet's over bread and mix. Bread should be semi moist. Take bread and stuff in poultry cavity and neck . Cook with bird.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The gibbet's are optional I tend to not use them. Also I prefer parsley instead of poultry seasoning. If you don't have bacon drippings, margarine works just as well.
