2 Tbsp. veg oil
¼-½ Cup chopped green pepper
1 sm to med. onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Can chopped green chilies (4 oz)

Directions:
Saute onion, etc. in oil until soft. In large pot boil 2-3 chicken breast halves in 1½ to 2 qts. water. Simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from broth & remove chicken from bone and cut up. Add sautéed onions, etc. to 1½ qts of the broth in pot. Also add:

1 large can of tomatoes chopped with liquid
1 to 2 6oz cans of spicy veg juice cocktail
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili pwd
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Heinz 57 sauce

-Simmer 1 hour. Add chicken to cook 30-40 min. longer.
-Add 3 flour tortillas cut into strips 5 min. before serving or serve over Doritos chips.
-Serve w/ grated cheddar cheese, sour cream & guacamole
