Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 blocks cream cheese
1 Package dry Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix (not dip)
⅓ Cup beer (usually use light beer)
2 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Bag Snyder waffle style pretzels for dipping (they hold up better)

Directions:
Directions:
Let the cream cheese soften for about 1 hour out of the fridge. Put in a bowl and smash up with a fork. Add packet of ranch dressing mix and continue to smash with fork. Slowly stir in beer (be very careful because it tends to slosh over the side if you mix too fast). After beer has been completely incorporated add the shredded cheddar. Mix until blended completely. Cover bowl with lid and put in fridge for about 1 hour or overnight.
