1 large bag fresh spinach
2-3 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in olive oil about 3 min. add steamed spinach, bread crumbs, salt, pepper Parmesan cheese and more olive oil if needed. Mix together until bread crumbs are brown.
