1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
2 lg.cloves of crushed garlic
2 lg. Vidalia (sweet) onions chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 sm cans of tomato sauce
2 sm cans of tomato paste
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil
add ground sirloin saute until cooked.
add tomato sauce, paste salt, pepper & Parmesan.

Stir until it comes to a boil
Cook on low for 2 or more hours
