12 eggs
1 lb RB Rice Medium Sausage
9 slices of bread
2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp salt
4 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º

Cook and drain sausage.
Scramble eggs. Mix in mustard powder, salt, milk, cheese and sausage.

Cut edges off bread and slice into cubes.
Spray 9x13 casserole dish with Pam and add cubed bread.
Pour egg mixture on top. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
Bake 1 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered. Add more cheddar cheese to the top with 10 minutes left to cook. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
