4 C raw apple, peel, dice, quarter into small pieces
2 C sugar
1 C oil or virgin-olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 C flour all-purpose
2 tsp soda
cinnamon & vanilla extract
2 C walnuts chop (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 1st 4-ingredients tog ether with fork in bowl. Next, blend all seasonings & flour together, then add with 1st 4 ingredients. Add walnuts last; then lightly blend.
Bake oven 350 F 1 hour + 8 min. (test center with toothpick.)
Pan use 2 square 9 x 9 size or 3 -loaf bread pans.
