Notes: This heavenly dish is delicate, as the mood that one is in can greatly influence the results of its genuine taste. Being angry causes the maker to unconsciously add in extra chipotle pepper which can result in a flaming hot taste. Sadness can result in having a tasteless dish because the salty taste of tears will make the cook believe that there's already enough salt. One must be sure to be in a good and happy mood for all the warmth and homemade love will be felt as it is consumed. This can be eaten on either a cold day or a hot day, as it can be served either warm or cold. This aromatic, classic dish leaves those who eat it wanting more. Whether it is eaten warm or cold, the feeling of relaxation and comfort makes the soul sing on its own.
