2 lbs or more cleaned chopped shrimp
1 cup each chopped celery and onions
1/2 cup each chopped green onions and bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley (optional)
1 1/2 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
garlic salt or powder to taste
salt and pepper
1 cup or more of water
1 pack Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning cornbread stuffing
1 pack cornbread mix (Corn Kits or Jiffy), prepare as directed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all veggies in margarine, add chopped shrimp, and cook until shrimp are pink. Add salt ,pepper, parsley, green onion, and garlic salt. Add cornbread stuffing and cornbread, mix well. Add well beaten eggs to 1 cup of water and add to mixture. More water may be added to make mixture soft. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes or until brown.
