2 loaves garlic French bread
1 stick of butter
1/4 package (or more) of season blend
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 t dry mustard
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 lbs crawfish tails (dumped right from the package)

Directions:
Carefully slice off top third of French bread. Hollow out bottom portion and save the tops. In saucepan melt butter over low heat, stir in season blend, salt, and pepper. Then add mayonnaise and dry mustard. Mix well, let cool slightly. Gently add cheeses, stir well. Fill hollow bread with mix, put top back on bread, baste outside with butter, wrap each roll in foil, and bake at 400º for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
