1 stick butter.
1 C. plain flour.
1 C. nuts.
1 C. confection sugar.
1 pk. cream cheese.
1 large cool whip.
3 small boxes of chocolate pudding.
Milk.
Directions:
Directions:
Crust.
Mix butter, flour and nuts and press into the bottom of large pyrex pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 mins. and allow to cool.

Filling.
Mix 1/2 of cool whip, cream cheese, and confection sugar. Spread mix on top of crust. make chocolate pudding according to directions. Spread pudding over top of mixture. Place remaining mixture on top of pudding.
