1 cup light corn syrup (Kayro)
1 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1 TBLS Jamaican rum
1 cup pecan halves, chopped
1 - 9 inch pie shell

Pie Crust
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup cake flour
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp cold butter
5 TBLS cold shortening
1/4 cup cold water

Caramel Sauce
1 cup sugar
6 TBLS butter, room temperature
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
