Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines deluxe white cake mix
2 small pkgs. pistachio instant pudding mix
6 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup black walnuts

Icing:
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter (softened)
1/2 cup black walnuts

Cake:
Mix all ingredients together well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Test with toothpick. Let cool.

Icing:
Beat all ingredients together until creamy. Spread on cake.
