1/2 c milk
pinch of salt
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c margarine
1/4 c crisco

Mix flour, milk and salt in a small sauce pan cook over low heat until think..Cool throughly

In a mixing bow add margarine, criso, sugar and the cooled wet ingredients...whip on high until it looks like whipped cream...

I usually double this recipe, it's great on chocolate cupcakes...
