1 beef roast (your favorite)
2 large purple onions
6 - 8 red potatoes
2 cans of carrots or 1 bag fresh baby carrots
1 large bottle of Zesty Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the beef roast and place into deep pan.
Slice the onions over roast. Dice enough red potatoes to cover roast and pan. Add 2 cans of carrots or fresh carrots. Pour dressing over all of the above. Cover with foil. Cook at 500º degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let set in hot oven for 2 hours.
