5 potatoes - cooked
6 slices of bacon
1 sliced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 cube beef bouillon
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes. In a frying pan cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel - save 3 Tbsp drippings. To bacon grease add onion and cook. Add sugar, flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Stir. Stir in vinegar and water. Boil. Peel warm potatoes and slice. Then add potatoes to sauce. Add crumbled bacon. Toss lightly.
