1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cups diced zucchini
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

In large mixing bowl, cream butter and oil. Add next 4 ingredients beat well. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in zucchini. Spoon in 9x12 inch baking pan, greased. Sprinkle with choc chips. Bake at 325 for 40-60 minutes.
