2 unbaked 9" pie crusts
1 can Veg All - drained
2 cans potato soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chopped chicken
1/2 tsp thyme
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place one crust in bottom of 9" pie pan. Mix soup, milk, chicken and seasonings and pour over crust. Cover with second pie crust. Bake 20 minutes. Brush crust with beaten egg. Cover edge of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
